The Restaurant at Meadowood recently earned the coveted three Michelin stars under the reins of chef Christopher Kostow. According to my research, Chef Kostow is one of only a handful of American-born chefs, and third youngest chef ever to receive three Michelin stars (he wasn’t even 30).

Bistro Guillaume is Guillaume Brahimi’s Melbourne venture. Previously a fine dining restaurant located where Spice Temple is, everything has been relocated closer to the cinema end of the Crown Complex and the style of dining has changed to a more relaxed bistro style.

After spending the pre-flight time in the First Lounge, J and I boarded flight QF93, Melbourne to Los Angeles. We had used frequent flyer points to upgrade to Business class and therefore were on the upper deck of an A380.
