As you would imagine, two weeks road tripping through the United States involves a lot of food. Therefore, that would equal quite a few blog posts to document all the amazing (and not so amazing) food J and I consumed. And let’s not start on the margaritas!
I do have a lot of writing to do, but I don’t intend to blog each and every meal in a separate post, that would take too much time and in most cases would mean a post with two photos and a couple of sentences. Instead, what I intend to do is a post for each day, including what we ate and drank but also include information and pics on what we did that day. Some of the nicer meals will still have their own posts.
So, for now, enough talk, scroll down for a sneak peek of what we ate…

I know what you mean, sometimes you have such little snacks during the day that you end up with all of “floating” photos that are hard to piece together into a story!
Lemon profiteroles, wow! They look yummy!
Goodness, you covered a lot of distance in two weeks! I may need to pick your brain one day … yes, our planned trip is still at least two years away (and there’s still no guarantee that it won’t end up being to Europe instead), but you can bet your bottom dollar I’m going to be spending the next two years researching and planning!
Hope you’re having a fab trip! I was lucky enough not to have a single bad meal in the US
Oh you tease!!!! Elk chili, whaaaaat? I’d be up for that
Oh wow! Sounds like you had an epic trip! Looking forward to hearing more
