If you have ever been to Daylesford you will know that it is a bit of a mecca for groups of woman on their girls’ weekend aways.
J and I first discovered Ten Minutes by Tractor back in 2005, when we spent the weekend down the Mornington Peninsula with another friend and did a winery tour in a Rolls Royce!

Our last night in Daylesford was new year’s eve and we were dining at the Lake House, taking part in their eight course with matching wine degustation dinner.
Our three night package at the Lake House in Daylesford included breakfast each morning, an eight course degustation on new years’ eve and a three course dinner on one other night.
After a busy Christmas to top off another busy year, J and I booked ourselves into the Lake House at Daylesford for some r’n'r before the madness started all over again in 2013.

La Petanque is located on the Mornington Flinders road in Main Ridge and currently holds one hat from The Age Good Food Guide. The staff “are inspired by the South of France using modern techniques, quality locally sourced seasonal produce, and herbs and flowers from the garden”.
